just wanted to agree with your point.

I noticed the lack of tool tips and it still bugs me.. especially as I failed to hit the "build thumbnails" button when I changed the default directory.  I simply expected the pictures in the new directory to be listed.

A thankfully helpful online support session pointed me in the right direction, but I notice that others are "missing" their pictures too.

Hope it gets picked up for improvement.
