Wouldn't it be nice to provide at least one operator and one registered user with the installation sql script?
So we don't have to search forum for known issues and resolutions.
It would be even better if the SupportVisitHandler.aspx wont crash with the null pointer exception on this line:

new ChatRaneService().LSVisit(Request.QueryString["Referrer"]);
And then yet another null pointer exception in the Support-Image-Button.js.aspx
Once the client finally logged in, why it is keeping loosing connection to the server and finally hangs after 5 ettempts?
Overall I like the idea (although connecting it to the MSN IM rather then custom app will make more sense to me ),
but taking in consideration stability of the app, I am not sure, if I want to put my money on it in the current version...
