    Can You do the following

    Hi Could you please let me know if the following is possible in Live Support:
     
    1 - If you are OFFLINE can you disable the ability to leave a message or redirect this to a different page?
     
    2 - Do the user who want to chat need a logon to be able to chat or can they just put in any user name ?
     
    3 - If  they need to log into the software to chat can the software integrate with Active Directory?
