I've been through the licensing doc found here:

 

I'm a sole programmer working out of my home with a development server (Win XP, IIS, Visual Studio.NET).  I develop sites for various customers on various servers.  I would like to develop on my own server, then upload the customer's site, along with CuteEditor.   There could be MANY customers on MANY different servers.

 

Which would be the proper license for me?  I'm thinking developer license, but I want to make sure before spending the money .  Thanks,
