I'm having problems with resizing an image in IE.

As you can see below, I selected double clicked on an image that's 94x62. 

      



The problem is that the proportions are stuck to 94x62 when I try to browse and select a new image to replace the current one.  And if i try to stretch the image vertically or horizontally (not diagonally), the ratio is still 94x62.  There's nothing i can do to make it longer than it is wider.  Sure I could always enter a new width and height value in the image properties window, but I don't think that will be obvious to our user base.  I just want this to be as simple as possible, which is to just drag an edge or corner of the image to resize it.  Any ideas?
