Adam:
Step 1. Login as admin and click the chat admin button.
Step 2. Choose the Configuration tab.
Step 3. Choose the Culture Type to "Default Server"
Step 4. In the Custom Culture field, type the custom culture name. For example: fr-FR

The step 3 can't be set because I do not have this Culture Type... Like I said I have only 3 choice in the drop down of Culture Type :

We are currently integrating the live support to be part of our solution and hte possibility to be multi-culture is mandatory... hope we can find a way to correct/implement fast...
