Does CuteEditor support these unicode characters?  Using this page: http://ipa.typeit.org,  when I paste the characters from those symbols onto the editor demos,  it comes out like this:

 

ʊʊŋʳʃθðʒˈˌæɑʌə^əɜɚɝɛɪɪɒɔ

 

I have also tried setting the "Font-Names" attribute to "Lucida Sans Unicode" with no luck.

 

If I first paste into a word doc, then copy from the word doc into here and don't cleanup the word tags, I get:
