There are three types of files. The simplest way is just uploading all the files under the web folder.
1. The files under bin folder. This include the DLL and license file
2. CuteSoft client files
3. Files of Sample portal project.

Unzip the zip file and create a virtual directory or website pointing it to the 'CuteLiveSupport\Framework 1.x Web' folder (located in the archive).
If you are using .Net Framework 2.0, please point it to the 'CuteLiveSupport\Framework 2.0 Web' folder.
