    No, it's a standard out of the box page.  If you click on the "Customers" icon at the top of the chat windows application, it's the information along the right hand side of the page. 
     
    When someone requests a chat and you select their name on the Customers tab, it should appear.  In fact, now that I'm looking at it, the person requesting the chat is showing up as "admin" on the left hand side of the screen (the list of customers) as well.
