If I use the cute editor to create a small document and use the page break it does not convert properly in the PDF or RTF. It is ignored completely. All that needs to happen on the RTF is to put the \page tag in there when the page break is encountered. The PDF is a simple solution as well.

 

Additionally, the PDF does not reliably convert the font sizes and italics. The RTF looks better than the PDF and there really is no reason why the PDF couldn't interpret things closer as well considering I took the exact same HTML from the editor and converted them both to PDF and RTF..
