I have the same problem. First: In the default installation, when i run simple.asp to try the setup, i dont get any images (like Cindy), but the same error as mentioned above. it does nut find its own "uploads"-folder
Trying to change the Image gallery path does not help me, sence the online help i not worth much on this matter, or the solution simply will not work.
If i have an image folder called "images" i the root, i would put it in like this: /images.
UPS! Problem is solved. It would be in my Webservers root, not my application, which are two different folders on my PC.
