Hi I'm a new user and was wondering if there was any way to get some metrics from the Cute Live application.  Specifically interested in things like:

* Number of chats held within a certain timeframe.

* Average lengths of chats.

* Average waiting time between the time a person initiated a chat and when they were answered.

* Number of "left messages" or "call back requests" were logged.
