I could not find the file suppport-visitor-monitor-crossdomain.js.aspx, was this introduced in a recent build?  i did find the other aspx file and modified it and then did a test and it did not seem to fix the problem, the window still shows as previously documented.  Any other thoughts?  I was looking in this directory on the server for these files: ~\DesktopModules\CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat
