Is this a bug?

 

When an operator closes his chat window, the service time keeps running until the client closes his chat window.

 

Since nobody is chatting with the client, shouldn't him be prompted to close the window or request another session?

 

When thinking about service reports, this is a major problem.

 

Hope you can answer this faster than the Oracle Implementation Post, which i'm still in need.
