After som fights (and some help from Adam and Karen) to put Live Support working with oracle, there are some issues remaining:

 

1) When searching in Transcripts, I get an error saying "Could not find implementation for OracleOleDb of method ICuteChatDataAccess.Search";

2) When clickng a Session in customer pofile, the error is the same, but for ICuteChatDataAccess.LoadMessageByLocation.

 

Where can I get implementatiojns of these methods? The app is not fully workig for me, since this features return errors.
