We found a bug with Telligent.CuteEditorWraper.dll. We fixed it and latest version of Telligent.CuteEditorWraper.dll is built-in on dec 12, 2006.
Try copying the new Telligent.CuteEditorWraper.dll to your project bin folder. It should fix the problem you are having with.
