I get an error when trying to login to Live Support Operator.

Error message is : Clinet found response content type of "text/html; charset=utf-8", but expected "text/xml"

I entered http://localhost/livesupport/default.aspx as Web service url

admin as User name and admin as Password.

What is the solution to this problem? Thanks.
