It's strange. The "Enter" key of operator console should work. Can you check which version of CuteSoft.chat.dll you are using?

If you are not using version 3.1.1, please upgrade to the lateset version.

Please note that when upgrading you need to resinstall the operator console , run the upgrade SQL, update the CuteSoft.chat.dll and all the client files.
