I'm a little confused on the process required to add images to the directory..can you add images directly into the folder or do you have to go through the "upload" process for each image?
I'm using the trial version and when I upload the image they appear fine, however when I just add the image directly into the folder it won't show up, even after pressing the batch-build button. I even tried to delete the gallery.xml file and when the page loads it creates a new one (2kb) but doesn't show any of the images.
Permissions seem to be ok, don't get any errors just nothing happens.
