I downloaded CuteChatStandalone.zip.  From this file I took CuteSoft.Chat.dll (description states it is 3.1.1 although actual "version" still says 3.1.0) and placed in my /bin folder.  I then ran "upgrade_3.1_to_3.1.1.sql" (which renamed 4 columns).  But this appears to have had no effect.
