I believe I understood your answer, correct me what portion I didn't understand ...

 

When you have 500 plus users using the system, and communicating with them in such a short notice is a BIG BIG hassle ..  Most of my sellers already complaining ...  That is not kind of application we promise to sellers when they register.

That is why advance notice would have been very helpful ..    You asked us to download the file in 23459 in reply to 23455, but ignored or forgot to warn of the potential adverse impact on the application, which you are telling in 23507 in reply to 23506, after we faced the issue.
