Since LiveSupport doesn't currently have a way of grouping operators by Lobby, how do folks currently do this?
E.g., joe/john are in the Sales department (aka Lobby). Sam and Sally are in the Support department.
I want to be able to put livesupport icons on the product pages that will show the Online icon if Joe/John are available, but not if Sam/Sally are available. If visitors are on the forum/bug report pages, I want to display the Online icon only if Sam/Sally are available. Obviously, these operators would be in separate queue's as well, so if I click on the online icon in the support areas, I will be put in the Sam/Sally queue. However all the operators can see each other to hand off customers to each other as needed; ideally the operator list would also display as a tree w/ operators under each Lobby folder.
The only way I can think of getting separate queues is separate cutesoft_client directory installations, but then the operators can't hand off to each other...
