I know that you can resize images when you insert them into your editor, but what I need to be able to do is: actually resize the image.  I don't want to simply change the height and width properties, which makes large images that have been significantly shortened look really bad.  I need to be able to actually resize the image to the required size.  This means the 180k image is brought down to 25k and there aren't any strange visual artifacts from the HTML-based "resize".  Does CE do this in the ASP version?
