I am currently considering obtaining this text editor for a project i'm working on. However i need to ask a couple of questions relating specifically to tool tips:

 

The client will need to be able to highlight key words or passages in the text and apply definitions which will appear as the user hovers over the key word/passage. Some of these definitions may be wordy (say 250 words). Can this be done using Cute Editor?

 

Secondly, if this can be done, can these definitions be accessed at a later date in order to update or remove the definition?
