I'd like to know if there's a way to:

 

a) Set a particular room topic when an user enters from an URL.

 

b) Send a particular text as its first message. For example, on CuteSoft live support when you want to chat to the operator you can write a questions before entering the room, I guess that the operator sees that question somehow. How can this be accomplished?
