I dig out the way to port the tables into Oracle 10g. I am unable to port 8 tables into Oracle 10g as it's using LONG data type. Oracle can take only one LONG data type per table. What are the consequence one will face if I change it to VARCHAR2(4000). Please advice.

 

Beside, I am not able to connect to Oracle 10g database using the connection string mentioned in the configuration file. I have changed the connection string as per requirement.Please let me know what are the other changes which I have to do to connect to Oracle.
