I am having the same problem.  Firefox 1.5.0.6 running on XP Pro.  Using Cute Editor 5.1 I believe.  The content does not refresh with the page on the second CE instance (I am running only 2 editors on this page).  On IE, it's fine.  Any help would be appreciated.
