Having provided my payment details, I received my 'Thank you for choosing CuteEditor for .NET' email from yourselves on the 21/07/06.
I duely supplied my IP address details for the license on the 4th of August. I've since made three follow up requests chasing it, contacting Karen direct and the
support@cutesoft.net email address. I've only had a single response (over a week ago) which read 'have you not got it yet?' to which I immediately replied no. I have heard nothing since. Is everyone on holiday, has the company gone bust, what's happening?! Surely this should take no more than 2 minutes of time to produce & email to me.
No communication has been given to me about what is happening or if there is some kind of problem. It feels like now my money has been taken, no attempt need be made at providing basic customer service. Simply not good enough, I'm not even asking for support, I'm asking for what I've paid for!!!
WHERE IS IT? SOMEONE HELP!!!
