 Maybe you can help me. I need this to work to present to the client to base our decision for purchase.

 

Problem:

   I'm trying to test it out, but im getting the following error when trying to connect to the live support operator "Unhandled exception had occurred in a component in your application. ...The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not found.

 What I did (I followed the directions on the deployment page.

 

 -Created a Virtual Directory(called: CuteLiveSupport) which points to the Ctechat/web folder.

- Ran the 2 sql scripts given in the sqlscripts folder.

- Set up connection string.

 

This is running all on my machine as of now. I changed nothing in the Livesupprt.exe file.

What might I bedoing wrong? I used admin, admin as username and password, which i see in my "master" database under the myusers table.
