1. Remove this button from

The following code disables the InsertLayer buttons:

b. Put the toolbar items needed to be disabled into this Editor.DisableItemList string.

Editor1.DisableItemList = "InsertLayer";

2. Change the InsertLayer behavior.

Please open CuteEditorconstants.js.

and modify the following code:
