Public : if a room is not public , when the user joins the room , the admin would get a message, can accept the joining or reject the user.
Active : if a room is not active, no use could join the room.
Archive (not implemented ): if the archive is false , the message log would be deleted automatically.
Allow Anonymous : allow a anoymous user join the room. You can set this property in the web.config too .
VIP - The VIP users have more functions than other users. Currently VIPs are list in the top of the user list.
Allow to Speak - this is default .
Allow Access - the role/user could only join the room and see the messages.
Disallow to Speak - the role/user could not speek
Disallow Access - the role/user could not join the room.

Double click the username or /msg username.

'Focus' means , if the chat window is not actived ,(on the background) , the window.focus() would be called, and the window would be 'blink'

About the 'Save' button ,I think we have a mistake . the SaveTemplate.Aspx is not include in the setup.msi. We will fix it today.
