I may have been unintentionally ambiguous.  Your answer is too important.

 

I DID click the Preview button.   That's how I got to what I called the "[Preview] mode".

 

Bottom line.  Under Firefox, on entering a valid URL, pressing enter AND clicking the Preview button, WILL there be a clickable hyperlink?

 

So far, I could NOT get it to work.  Your reply was "teasing enough" that it MIGHT work... that I may have thwarted myself somehow...

 

I gotta know.  Under Firefox and CuteEditor, via some correct entry sequence, can I get a URL or Email to click... to work as a link?
