Here's the scenario :

Suppose I add some text in cuteeditor, I am able to delete the text using BackSpace and Delete button. I save the content to database. I come back to the Cute Editor, its displays the text from database, but at this time when I use BackSpace or delete button it doesn't work.

Two ways to delete at this point are as follows :
1. You can highlight and delete via Cute Editor interface using delete icon at the top.
2. OR Add some text further and then it unlocks Delete and BackSpace button, it starts working.

Can you please tell us why delete and backspace button doesn't work after you navigate to cuteditor and display the content from database. I could reproduce on htt:\\cutesoft.net database example.
