There appears to be no functions to force accessible development. I.e. when inserting an image with Cute Editor there is nothing to prompt the user to insert an ‘Alt’ tag, something that can be easily over looked. In Dreamweaver this prompt is automatically displayed to the user at the point the image is inserted. 

In Cute Editor the option for adding / editing an Alt tag is not as clear. There is also nothing to indicate to the user that a Long description should link to a URL, and requires the user to know the full URL, whereas in Dreamweaver this can be navigated to through the tree structure.
