I'm using the basic demo application index.html & show.aspx which runs find.  I then setup a new album folder and the application runs and creates the album.xml file in the folder but does not seem to see the image files or create any thumbnails.  Show.aspx displays but says there are 0 images.  I seem to have my permisions set correctly...any suggestions.  Thanks in advance.
