The same thing seems to be happenning to me.  When I save a PDF file the images are not included in it at all.  Please see my working example at http://hcecorp.com/hcecproject/savefile.aspx

 

When you click the Save PDF it will generate the PDF and send it out to your browser for a download.  It also seems to be working quite slow (while the save rtf is working quickly).  Any help would be great.  Thanks!
