I re-downloaded and copied the CuteSoft_Client and assembly dll's into the web application (.net 1.1 by the way).  I'm still seeing the same issue in Safari (toolbars loaded ok, but no content and unable to edit the text area).  The same page loaded on my PC using IE6 shows the content fine.
