Uploading images works in my development environment but not in our staging (aka test) or production environments.  We have been careful to grant read/write privileges for the [Machine_Name]\ASPNET account to the upload directory and have confirmed the access control list (ACL) settings.

 

My dev environment is Windows 2000 Pro with IIS 5.0 and IE 6.0.  The staging and production environments are Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6.0.

 

What else could be causing this?  Thanks!
