I have a DHTML/Javascript menu (AllWebMenus) that I am using for a content managed website using the Editor for .NET.  It has worked flawlessly for over a year until we just upgraded yesterday to the new version.  Now whenever you open up one of these content managed pages and save it, the area where the code for the menu include us just says:

 

<!-- Inject Script Filtered --> <!-- Inject Script Filtered --> <!-- Inject Script Filtered -->

 

and the menu is gone.  Where can I allow this to be included with this editor?
