Is still cannot work....I have been change the authetication the permissions.

I also encounted when click on the upload button in the popup screen, is since nothing happen. so, I click on the cancel button, the popup screen will be close and back to the editor, then i try to click on the picture icon again, this time my internet exporer  is "Hang".

i am using pentium3 550mhz, 512MB RAM.

i have been asking other friend to tell out, is since my friend all also encounted this same problem. please help!
