What are our options?

 

We are a development company and need to initially develop a CMS for 1 client using one developer machine. We would need to test the application on a development server and then deploy to a production server. The client would like to be the license holder for any development tools used. We would also like to use the editor for other projects in the future but would need to maintain the ability to upgrade the initial application as needed. Can the same development machine be used for application development using different licenses simultaneously?
