Got the same problem and found it was due to the use of a Custom Error handling for your site.
Chris provided the following solution:
In dialog.js, there is a reference to ../CuteEditorconstants.js this is not the correct path... switch this to CuteEditorconstants.js and everything will work fine. -Chris
I hope CuteSoft will correct their code and let us know when it is done.
