    License purchased but not received, no answer from email to support

    Good afternoon,

    It's come to my attention that one of our consultants purchased / paid for a Small Business License for CuteEditor for .NET on 3/1, but received no .lic file or download link.  I also have a copy of an email inquiry about this which he sent to support@cutesoft.net on that same date (March 1, 2006), and 35 days later there has been no reply.

    I've pasted the relevant snippets from the email receipt below (including the transaction & receipt numbers).

    This has become an urgent & very embarassing matter for us, as our customer's public production website is now throwing  "invalid license" exceptions.

    Can somebody please find a way to get this license in my hands quickly?
