    Upgrade to version five

    Our software purchaser just upgraded to version Five.  She has not had an email pointing her in the direction of the files, how long is this expected to take?
     
    There should only be one account pointing to XXXXXX@framegroup.com.au on your records, do you require information to answer my question?
