Since this topic is 'suggestions', I'll add my list. (Adam, I know you've already seen some of these and have added them to the list, but I'm just repeating them for the sake of the big picture).

• have cuteEditor check to ensure that all text is wrapped in a block element of some sort (to prevent folks from typing one line of text and not hitting return to force the P tags)
• Allow double-clicking of tables with borders set to zero
• ban the font tag
• preserve source code formatting and white space
• add a definition list button
• support more accessibility features: TH tags, title attribute, check for proper alt attributes, etc.
• a custom style list (It'd be great to be able to define a style and then define the wrapper uses. For instance, I'd like to create a style called WARNING and be able to tell CE to wrap the selected text in a DIV tag with a specific ID)
• Support for Mozilla browsers

That's just a few off the top of my head. Some of them are dream-features, but just thought I'd toss them out there. ;o)
