Sorry for the delay in my reply (I've been on holiday).

 

The link you posted leads me to an editor that uses the DIV breakelement.  I'm using the BR breakelement.

 

Just to be sure I tried the BreakElement example and the problem still exists.  Have I missed something and am doing something wrong?
