Hi,

I downloaded the demo version for DotNetNuke and have been trying to install it on a 3.0.13 DNN installation that has been running for a while.

I followed the instructions thoroughly more than once (after recovering a backup of the untampered with portal) and each time everything seems to be going just fine, but when I try to insert the module into a tab, nothing happens, and I don't even get an error.

I would appreciate a swift response, since there is a real need to get rid of the old chat module being used since we have been having lots of trouble with it,

but I need to see that this module works fine under load before purchasing it.
