Hi Adam:

 

I've tested all three break elements with the intended destination for the HTML generated by the editor and the BR tag works best.  Also, as Gecko based browsers only use BR we're trying to keep the results as consistent as possible regardless of which browser the user uses.

 

Are you able to reproduce the problem?
