Hi Adam, I get the same behaviour using Br as the break element. If you go to the oncarriagereturn example you posted and set the break element to Br, then type: line 1 <carriage return> line 2 <carriage return> line 3 etc, then select line one and apply  a paragraph setting, eg Heading1, then all lines are converted, not just the first. Also, all lines underneath the first are being inset by one space.
