Just identified an issue with the dnn4 zip package... the bin directory is missing the ICShaprCode.SharpZipLib.dll. I was recieving an error message when using the insert image (media, flash) saying this file was missing. I performed a search in the file pack only to find that the file existed in \Providers\HTMLEditorProviders\CEHTMLEditorProvider\bin directory.

 

Either the zip package or documentation need to be updated.
